On April 12, 2019, the Founding Conference of the Israeli Psychotherapy Research Group was held on "Research in Psychotherapy in Israel: The Search for Mechanisms that Promote Change and Development". The conference sought to bring together all those involved in research in psychotherapy in the field and academia, to create a learning community and to open possibilities for cooperation.
